P2P Account, Login, and Sign Up

This page explains how to prepare your account before using P2P.

Create a New Account (Sign Up)​

  1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Create account.
  3. Fill in username, email address, password, confirm password, and referral code.
  4. Tick I agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Tap Create Account.

Password rules:

  1. Minimum 8 characters
  2. Must include letters
  3. Must include numbers
  4. Must include at least one symbol

Sign In (Login)​

  1. Open Profile tab.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Tap Login.

You can also use:

  1. Forgot password? to request reset link
  2. Create account if you do not have an account yet

Verify Email​

After registration or when prompted:

  1. Open Verify Email.
  2. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your email.
  3. Tap Verify.
  4. If needed, use Resend.

Complete Identity Verification (eKYC)​

P2P trading requires identity verification.

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Open Identity Verification.
  3. Fill your details (full name, phone number, NRIC/ID number, and nationality).
  4. Capture ID card (front).
  5. Capture selfie with ID card.
  6. Tap Submit for Verification.

After submission, your status will be reviewed.

Forgot Password​

  1. Tap Forgot password? from login screen.
  2. Enter your email.
  3. Tap Send Reset Link.
  4. Follow instructions sent to your email.

When Login Is Required During P2P​

If you start a trade without login, the app shows Requires Login and asks you to sign in first.
